So, Ramphium is apparently a jet engine stuffed inside a bird. And both have a similar blade/wing design to Burreel and Atheron from earlier.

80 - Carbiform (from carbon and Psittaciformes) – Metal Parrot Pokémon – steel/flying type - Carbiform have developed a defensive property that allows them to secrete a metal-like substance from their beaks. They coat their bodies and homes with a film to boost defense.

81 - Ramphium (from Ramphastidae and vanadium) – Metal Toucan Pokémon – steel/flying type - Ramphium's metal-like secretions are more durable than Carbiform's yet is lighter. Manufacturing plants often use Ramphium's secretions in their products.

I'm considering having Carbiform evolve from Chatot a la Onix --> Steelix.
